PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Description
The stem axis of the J41W stainless steel flange valve is
perpendicular to the sealing surface of the valve seat. Stem
opening or closing stroke is relatively short, and has a very
reliable cut-off action, making this valve is very suitable for
medium cut-off or adjustment and throttling use.
Global Stop Valve Structural Features
(1) The structure is simpler than the gate valve, and it is more
convenient to manufacture and maintain.
(2) Sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, good sealing,
no relative sliding between disc and valve body sealing surface
when opening and closing, so wear and scratch are not serious,
sealing performance is good, long service life.
(3) When the valve is opened and closed, the valve stroke is small,
so the height of the cut-off valve is smaller than that of the gate
valve, but the length of the valve is longer than that of the gate
valve.
(4) The opening and closing moment is large, the opening and
closing is more laborious, and the opening and closing time is the
headmaster.
(5) Fluid resistance is large, because the medium channel of the
valve body is tortuous, the fluid resistance is large, and the
power consumption is large.
(6) When the nominal pressure PN is less than 16 MPa, the medium
flows downstream from the bottom of the valve disc; when the
nominal pressure PN is more than 20 MPa, the medium flows
downstream from the top of the valve disc to increase the seal
energy. When used, the medium of the shut-off valve can only flow
in one direction, and the flow direction can not be changed.
(7) The disc is always eroded at full opening.
