1. Mounting Pad 2-Piece Flanged Ball Valve introduction
FLANGED BALL VALVE FULL PORT (150# 300#)
The 150# or 300# flanged ball valve is offered in a stainless steel
body in sizes 1/2" - 8" with a ISO 5211 mounting pad for direct
mount actuation. High quality/pressure ball valve with API598
testing standard. Flanged ANSI B16.3 standard dimensions.
TWO-Piece Flanged Ball Valve (Flanged, ANSI Class 150# or 300#)
2-piece flanged ball valve is offered in 300# (pound) or 150 # configurations. Made from high quality 316 stainless steel, ISO direct mount,
mounting pad and a steam rating of 150PSI WSP. The series 180 is
our industrial grade/high pressure flanged ball valve and is a
standard in any oil, water or gas environment. Both version are
offered in sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1" 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3",
4", 6" and 8".
FLANGED BALL VALVES IN STAINLESS STEEL - FULL PORT DESIGN
Flanged ball valve comes in manual or automated packages - for
actuation, the flanged ball valve is manufactured with ISO 5211
mounting pads. The two piece flanged ball valve can be used for
manual throttling/control applications. The flange ball valve has
zero leakage, saving time and money in water applications. It is a
lead free valve that can be used for water service industries. With
a floating ball design and bi-directional shut off the 180 is
offered in ANSI class 150 or 300.
CLASS 150# AND CLASS 300# - VARIOUS APPLICATION USAGE
The various classes configuration on the series 180 allow for the
usage of the valve to be very diverse. Control applications range
from waste water/water services, chemical, oil/petro, power,
pulp/paper and various other materials. These valves are a long
lasting, reliable industrial shut-off flanged ball valve choice to
your control needs.

Secondary metal-to-metal, fire-safe seat design.
Investment cast benefits high quality casting.
Anti-blowout stem as standard for greater safety.
Fully traceable materials.
Self-adjusting stem packing assembly with Belleville spring for
temperature fluctuations, vibration and is secured by a saddle type
lock washer.
Designed to be fire safe to minimize both external and internal
fluid leakage after plant fires.
Actuator mounting conforms to ISO 5211 with double D stem head
design provides mounting of the lever.
Option: antistatic devices, graphite gasket.
Alloy 20, Duplex 2205, Hastelloy C and other special alloy upon
request.
